Scope of services
Baadal provides accounting, tax, VAT, payroll, bookkeeping, cloud accounting and business advisory services. We do not provide audit services or regulated investment advice. Any services we agree to provide will be set out in an engagement letter, proposal, client terms of business or other written agreement.

Please include your name, contact details, the matter or service concerned, what has gone wrong and what you would like us to do to resolve the issue.
What happens next
- We will acknowledge your complaint as soon as reasonably practicable.
- We will review the information provided and may ask you for further details if needed.
- We will aim to provide a full response within 20 business days. If the matter is complex or we need more time, we will let you know and explain when we expect to respond.
- If we uphold your complaint, we will explain what we propose to do to put things right where appropriate.
- If you remain unhappy after our response, we will explain any available escalation route that may apply in the circumstances.

Anti-money laundering and client due diligence
As an accountancy service provider, we may need to carry out identity verification, client due diligence, risk assessment, record keeping and ongoing monitoring before and during a client relationship. We may not be able to act for you, or may need to stop acting, if required information is not provided or if legal, professional or AML obligations prevent us from continuing.
Client portal and secure communications
Baadal may use an external client portal or secure online systems for existing clients. The portal may be subject to separate terms, privacy information or security requirements. Public website contact forms should not be used to send confidential client documents unless we specifically ask you to do so through an appropriate secure method.
